Puppy Time!
Puppy training begins the moment you bring your new puppy home! The first 16 weeks are the most critical in the development of the puppy’s life. We will train your puppy in a fun, engaging, smart, and effective way. Together we will help your puppy become confident and polite.
What is proper socialization?
Proper socialization is allowing a dog to experience the world around them! Sights, sounds, people and places are great ways to socialize your puppy.
Why is socialization important as a puppy?
Socializing your puppy in the first 3 months of their lives help them develop confidence and shapes how they react to any type of situation.
We want to teach owners how they can influence and shape the behavior of their growing puppy. Puppy Time is designed to teach owners to better understand their puppy’s needs, establish effective communication, curb behavior problems, and show owners how to properly socialize their new puppy.
Puppy Time is done in a private lesson at my home or at your home to discuss your issues with your new puppy and offer “hands on” training with any specific problem areas you are having.
We offer both private lessons and our residency board-n-train program for owners looking to get expert help with their puppies’ training. Things we will work on:
Starting your recall, basic obedience- sit, down, stay, jumping, biting, place, leash manners, crate training, and much more!
This program is recommended for puppies ages 8 weeks – 20 weeks.
Lessons at Eleven Paws:
At Eleven Paws, you must provide a copy of your dog’s shot records with updated shots for:
Distemper, Hepatitis / Adenovirus, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, Rabies, Bordetella (within six (6) months), and Canine Influenza.
Lessons and Bundles:
$50 each – Private Lesson
Puppy Time Lessons last around 45 minutes. These are one on one lessons. This option allows you to go lesson by lesson with no commitment.
$130 Upfront – 3 Lesson Bundle
This bundle allows you to purchase and schedule 3 Puppy Time Lessons upfront.
$275 Upfront – 6 Lesson Bundle
This bundle allows you to purchase and schedule 6 Puppy Time Lessons upfront.
